Bloom City Coffee Co. has two locations in Portland, TX. The CAFE, a dine-in location with a full menu, as well as drive-thru, is located at 1033 US HWY 181, US-181 Frontage C (next to Wells Fargo Bank). The COUNTER, our original location, is inside HEB at 1600 Wildcat Dr.
