Bloom City Coffee was the brainchild of 6 individuals that all had a passion for specialty coffee. We wanted to share that passion with our local community, so Bloom City Coffee was born. Each cup of coffee and bag of beans is not just a drink, but an expression of what our passion to the craft tastes like.
What does Bloom mean? Blooming is the brief release of carbon dioxide when water first hits the coffee grounds. It is more foamy and bubbly in freshly roasted coffee. Allowing your coffee to bloom for about 30 seconds will enrich its flavors and elevate your brewing experience.
We love fresh coffee just as much as you do. That's why we named it Bloom City after all!
